I am an experienced director with leadership experience in the police, local government, not-for-profit, and health sectors spanning the last 15 years. With a background in partnerships, strategy, and transformation, I am fueled by my passion for working collaboratively with people to resolve challenges that result in better public services.

 

I'm most proud of establishing a successful health and care partnership, the cultural and strategic 'reset' of an NHS Trust, and playing a leading role in the turnaround of a local charitable organisation. My ambitious and tenacious approach has led to award-winning results across a range of sectors, most recently through a HSJ award for service redesign, a National Business Award for a social enterprise, and policing awards.

ABOUT
PROJECTS

Here's just a few of the projects I've led recently:

Partnership

Established a partnership
I established a Health and Care Partnership comprised of ten health and care organisations. Reporting to three CEOs, I am responsible for strategy implementation, the transformation portfolio, and cultural development.

Heart failure service

 Heart Failure Service
I led the development of a new Integrated Heart Failure Service between acute, community, and primary care partners. Using population health data, the service was co-developed with colleagues, and approved by the Partnership Board.

Corporate restructure

Corporate reset
I led the corporate 'reset' of an NHS Trust during a turbulent period. This involved delivering a new corporate strategy, values, and behaviours, leading a corporate restructure, and delivering interventions to support the long-term culture change.

Single Point of Contact

Single Point of Contact
I led the Customer Service Transformation programme which involved the delivery of a Single Point of Contact for community services. This led to improved experience, reduced costs, and service integration. The project won an HSJ Award in 2019.

Strategic leadership of the Health and Care Partnership in East and North Hertfordshire on behalf of ten health and care organisations. Delivery of strategy, development plans, and transformation portfolio.

Responsibility for business development, communications, engagement, digital, quality improvement, and transformation. Member of the Trust's Board and Executive Team.

Deputy Director of Strategy

Responsible for strategy and transformation. Led the primary care integration, transformation of corporate services, and customer service transformation programmes.

Head of Business Management

Responsible for the leadership of the Business Management Team which led tender processes, service improvements, and service mobilisation support for the operations directorate.
